We
serve as the Executive Director for the following 2 groups:
Multi-Office Brokers (MOB): The MOB consists
of 13 Coldwell Banker residential real estate franchises that contain
290 offices and 11,000 agents. The MOB has been a client of Colmar
& Associates for the last six (6) years. Colmar began the group
as a franchisee in 1990.
Powerful, Active Century 21 Companies (PACC):
The PACC consists of 14 Century 21 residential real estate franchises
that contain 170 offices and 6,800 agents. The PACC has been a client
of Colmar & Associates since November of 2003.
