Dave Colmar,
President
Dave began his real estate career 25 years ago working with a small
independent firm in Chicago. He purchased the company in 1982, grew
and acquired numerous other companies operating in three states.
After affiliating with a national franchise he sold the 550 agent
company to the NRT in 1998 and was relocated to San Diego where
he served as Regional VP for 2 years. He began Colmar & Associates,
a real estate consulting practice in 2000. Colmar’s clients
are served with knowledge and experience in strategic planning,
mergers/acquisitions, management and operations. His broad experience
of 10 years on a hospital board, 10 years on a publicly owned bank
board and a current board member of a large regional home builder
as well as a 13 year prior career in municipal government add depth
to the consulting practice. Colmar has a Bachelor’s degree
from San Jose State and Master’s from Western Illinois University.
With his wife, Cathy, he resides in Rancho Santa Fe, CA.
